1. What products do you mainly produce?
We specialize in custom non-standard precision mechanical parts, providing one-stop machining services including CNC machining, CNC turning, wire EDM, surface grinding, and precision lapping. We mainly serve industries such as automation, medical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and fixtures.

2. Do you accept small-medium batch orders? What's your MOQ?
Yes. We focus on small batch, high mix, short lead time production. We accept orders from 1 piece for prototype and small-batch production.

3. What machining accuracy can you achieve?
Depending on material and size, our machining tolerance can reach 0.005mm, large parts within 0.02mm, and precision lapping up to 0.005mm.

4. What information is needed for a quotation?
Please provide drawings (2D/3D), material, quantity, surface treatment, tolerance requirements, and delivery time. We will quote accurately based on your drawings.

5. What is your order process?
Drawing evaluation → Quotation → Contract confirmation → Payment/Order release → Production → Quality inspection → Shipment

6. What inspection equipment do you have?
We are equipped with height gauge, toolmaker's microscope, roughness tester, etc..

7. What molybdenum wire do you use for wire EDM?
We use 0.18mm molybdenum wire for wire EDM, enabling high-precision cutting of narrow slots and complex contours.

8. What's the typical lead time?
Depending on complexity and quantity, samples usually take 3–10 days, small batches 7–20 days. Exact lead time is subject to drawing evaluation.

9. Do you support machining based on drawings or samples?
Yes. We professionally provide custom machining based on drawings or samples to fully meet your design requirements.

10. Can you provide samples? How is the sample fee charged?
Yes, we provide customized samples. Sample cost is calculated according to drawing, material and processing difficulty. The sample fee can be refunded or deducted when you place a formal bulk order.
